: Learner data is encrypted at rest and in transit, access is permission-gated to the practitioner team for each learner, and we honor parent-controlled retention policies. We support BAAs for HIPAA-covered settings. Our full marketing-site Privacy Policy is published at osprey.education/privacy; when the Osprey product launches, a separate Product Privacy Policy will apply inside the app.
