Common questions before you sign up.
- Osprey is built for BCBAs, RBTs, SPED Teachers, SLPs, OTs, PTs, School Psychs, School Counselors, General Educators, Paras, and Administrators. Each role has its own session, planning, and documentation surfaces tuned to how that role actually works — not a single one-size-fits-all form.
- Learner data is encrypted at rest and in transit, access is permission-gated to the practitioner team for each learner, and we honor parent-controlled retention policies. We support BAAs for HIPAA-covered settings. Our full marketing-site Privacy Policy is published at osprey.education/privacy; when the Osprey product launches, a separate Product Privacy Policy will apply inside the app.
- Soft launch is targeted for summer 2026. Waitlist members get early invites and a chance to shape the discipline-specific surfaces before general availability.
- Pricing is being finalized. We are committed to a tier that works for individual practitioners, not just enterprise budgets. Waitlist members will see pricing details before public launch.
- Existing tools tend to be either compliance-first (great for the district, painful for the practitioner) or data-collection-first (clean trial data, no plan-or-documentation surface). Osprey is built around the practitioner's actual session — the plan, the run, the notes, the data, the next step — so the compliance and the data fall out of the work instead of being added to it.
